Pre-Order Info

What is a 'Pre-Order' product?

• This is a product that is currently being made which you are purchasing in advance.
• The product is expected to be shipped out in the timeframe stated on the product page. 
• You will be notified when the product has been posted along with a tracking number.
• We cannot cancel or refund a pre-order due to change of mind. Our normal Return Policy applies to pre-order items.

Important 

• Please note: The expected date is an estimate and we recommend allowing one to weeks leeway if purchasing for an event. 
• If you are purchasing additional products, they will be shipped with your pre-order product. If you need the additional products sooner, please order separately.
